On Call Substitute House Manager
On an on-call basis, be available to provide coverage at Trilogy’s residential sites. Deliver quality individual and group services, crisis intervention and training in independent living skills to residents of Trilogy residential programming sites. Offer and exemplify hope, support and recovery-based services.
Shifts needed for coverage are M-F 3pm-11pm ($10/hr) & 11pm-7am($8.50/hr) and Weekends 7am-7pm ($10/hr) and 7pm-7am ($8.50/hr). Please stipulate what shifts you are available to cover in your response. We are interested in hiring individuals who are interested in and available to work several shifts per week.
Must be available to work at least 3 holiday shifts per year- one winter holiday(New Year’s/MLKJr/President’s Day); one summer holiday (Memorial Day/ Independence/Labor Day); and one Nov/Dec holiday (Thanksgiving/Day After Thanksgiving/Christmas/Christmas Eve or Day After)
Must be available to receive 1 hour of supervision per month as required by DMH. This can be in person or over the phone.
High school diploma/GED required. Experience with and Adult MI population preferred.
