PRNConfidential is a not-for-profit organization affiliated with Trilogy, Inc. Our program provides an anonymous 24-hour seven-days-per-week telephone hotline as well as encrypted e-mail access so employees can safely report behavior they believe to be illegal, unethical or in violation of your organizations standards.

Once collected, information is confidentially processed and returned to pre-selected managers as individual reports and quarterly summaries. This makes it easy for you to meet your compliance obligations while helping collect the front line information you need to ensure your practice is operating ethically and within the boundaries of the law. Our goal is to help you identify potential areas of concern before they become difficult to manage.

Our staff is comprised of experienced mental health professionals, ranging from psychiatrists to social workers. Their communication and listening skills allow them to address the immediate concerns of callers while keeping track of larger issues.
